WGJ-380 Steel Rolling Machine Technical Description
I. Overview
WGJ-380 Steel Rolling Machine Steel cold bending machine (arch bending machine) is a new type of fully automatic steel arch bending machine product independently developed by our company. It adopts a hydraulic system with the characteristics of stable transmission and high pressure. It is mainly used for bending H-shaped steel, round pipes, I-shaped steel, rail steel, channel steel, angle steel, U-shaped steel, miner steel and other profiles in coal mines, tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, steel structures, underground caverns, etc.
II. System Introduction
① Mechanical System
The mechanical system uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to directly drive the roller to rotate. In order to achieve synchronization of the two rollers, the two motors are started at the same time to achieve synchronization. In order to meet the working conditions, it can be operated in forward and reverse directions.
② Hydraulic System
The system uses an electromagnetic reversing valve to reverse the oil pump to achieve forward and reverse movement of the oil cylinder. A one-way throttle valve is used to adjust the speed of the oil cylinder, and a two-way hydraulic one-way valve is used to lock the oil cylinder. When the reversing valve is in the middle position, the system is unloaded, effectively preventing the system from heating up. ③ Electrical system The electrical system mainly controls the oil pump motor and the travel roller motor. The travel motor is equipped with forward and reverse control and overload protection. When the return oil filter is blocked and the filter element needs to be replaced, the filter blockage indicator light is on, and the filter element needs to be replaced. An air switch (main switch) is set in the main return oil circuit to effectively protect the entire system.
